
Vaudeville
By definition, Vaudeville is a satirical variety show. Vaudeville, a trio of musicians from the suburbs of Los Angeles, creates music similar to the vaudevillian ideal; to provide variety, humor and to entertain. Combining many genres to produce a sound that is both retro and modern, Vaudeville’s music has something for everyone. Many of their songs revolve around recurring characters and themes, creating their own musical world. The songs are at times progressive, but keep simple and melodic vibes without being over-indulgent.
The band writes and records predominately as a trio, but often brings other musician friends (both in studio and live) to add texture to the songs. Vaudeville has shard the stage with many Los Angeles bands, like neighbors dios (malos), The Monolators and Mika Miko, as well as touring bands like NOMO. Drummer, Sean Johnson, has also played extensively with many Los Angeles acts including, Honeyhoney, Correatown and The Sweet Hurt. Due to all of this, the band has created a strong and
