Wake Up Remixed
Almost a month to the day Lenno released his second EP Wake Up to huge critical acclaim, the young Finn launches the first wave of remixes via Universal Music in Europe (January 9th) and Casablanca Records in the States and Canada (January 12th).
On editing duties are two equally impressive rising stars, Israeli progressive-trance maestro Maor Levi and German disco trinity Les Loups, a sparkling combination that results in two completely different but equally as engaging new cuts that span the genre divide.
On Wake Up, Maor does what he does best, turning Lennos summery masterpiece into a blistering, driving anthem, pushing the vocal out across club-friendly production but staying true to the lush, warm piano feel of the original throughout. Intelligent, trademark Maor, his edit should breath new life into Wake Up for those looking for a harder take on the track.
If it were at all possible, German trio Phil, Felix and Toni manage to make their version of No More even dreamier than Lennos own. Stripping it
