, is heard leading a medium-sized group (ranging from five to seven pieces) that often includes
Gil Goldstein
's accordion and
Jim Beard
's keyboards on this CD. The music is a bit poppish in spots but the solos are of a generally high caliber with Berg sounding most original on soprano.
