In the late-1980s, we made music together. We were a little band from Rome, Georgia.

We were teenagers and wrote songs with titles like “Tonsils,” “Vacation in Greenland,” and “The Tree Song.” We made cassettes of our songs for our friends, and we only played four live shows. We bought our instruments at the pawn shop on Broad Street and recorded everything using an old boombox. It was great.

But time flies, and before we knew it, 21 years had passed by.

In early 2011, we just started again. It was that easy. Everything just clicked.
