"Where Paris Meets the Rain" is the culmination of years of learning and respecting two cultures from two very different artists, Janice Kephart (Washington, D.C.) and David Mat (Cannes, France). Coming off a successful launch with an independent record label in Europe, the pair have taken their collaboration to the next level after years of Janice working on her French and David working to understand Janice's English.

The result is a French-American sexy, ambient electronic spoken word musical performance by Pushcart Poetry nominee and Recording Academy artist and vocalist Kephart and her exquisite French collaborator Mat. Described as magnetic, hypnotizing and of the highest lyrical quality, these tracks take "chill-out" to tantalizing new level.
