Jonathan's music has appeared on American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Family Guy, Archer, Access Hollywood and numerous other shows. He has also composed soundtracks for games appearing on Mac, PC, Nintendo DS and iPhone/iPad. He currently lives in Austin, TX and performs regularly with the Austin Piazzolla Quintet.

My Shanghai is his first collaboration with Pam Wells of First Straw Films. Performed by members of the acclaimed Austin Piazzolla Quintet, the intimate score evokes the life of Virginia Lumsdaine McCutcheon who grew up in 1930s Shanghai and was imprisoned by the Japanese during World War II.
