Dave Mather and Pete Robinson grew up together in the north west of England in the 1960s. They have been writing and performing their music together and independently ever since. From Folk to Pop and Rock, to Opera and now back to their roots in Folk Music, Dave and Pete draw on decades of experience in their writing and performing. Their acoustic guitar, mandolin and flute based music evoke an England perhaps long gone and yet their lyrics speak of today's injustices and inequalities every bit as much as the past.
