These songs were created for the 2011 World Sanskrit Book Fair at Bangalore, India. The Book Fair was a grand success with more than 300 Sanskrit books being released and 400,000 visitors. The songs in this album are sung by Rajesh Krishnan, a renowned singer. Rajesh has sung for many Indian movies and has more than five thousand songs to his credit. Rajesh is a trained classical musician and has also acted in multiple movies.
Many Sanskrit scholars from Samskrita Bharati have written the lyrics for the songs in this album. The Sanskrit poets featured in this album are: Janardhana Hegde, Vishwasa, Narayana Bhatta, Ganapayya Holla and Parikshit Sharma
The music was composed by Ramyaa Vasisht.
