The Falling Idols

The Falling Idols

Founded in 1981, the Falling Idols were an early American skate-punk band. The band started in Long Beach, California and lasted roughly five years, though they never officially disbanded. The Falling Idols included such up-and-coming punk rockers as Randy Bradbury, who would go onto play bass in Pennywise, Dave Quakenbush, who would become the lead singer of the Vandals, Trey Pangborn, future lead guitarist of Long Beach Shortbus, and Greg “Mudd” Lowther, who founded Long Beach Records and has played in Gluefactory, Corn Doggy Dog, 3rd Alley, and Perro Bravo.
