This collection of underground dirty south rap tracks is the best that Northside ATL has to offer! This group of artists (previously affiliated with the grimy Alcatraz Camp collective crew of underground rappers representing North Atlanta) brings some of the realest raps over instant classic dirty south beats. Originally recorded in 2006, this album has been remastered to add a more vibrant feel to this CD that (until now) has only been available by printed CDs marketed in the Atlanta area. Atlanta has been trying to take over the rap scene since the 90's and Grind Mode just might help grab some new listeners to the sounds of the fire-laced streets in the New Motown of the South!

This project has been produced, arranged, organized, mixed and mastered by Paul William, who at the time went under the alias of Saint Paul Tha Sound Professor. This took place at a more raw, underground stage in his career... before there was Chasing a Dream (2012), before there was My Music (2010), there was Grind Mode: a musical project depicting the hustle of the up-and-coming rapper and the life they're chasing. This album is being released to the public on it's 7th anniversary because it's time for the world to hear something that they can really feel and appeal to amongst the garbage of the over-played mainstream. Listen to it and you will be ready to take on challenges by getting into your own grind mode!
