Don't Lose Your Love
Written and recorded in the summer of 2014, Don't Lose Your Love brings you into the heart and mind of someone truly realizing the mistakes they've made in their life and, at the same time, all of the love in their life despite those mistakes. Catchy, yet deeply personal, the album will resonate with anyone who's ever loved and lost or, in this case...loved, lost and loved again.
"I woke up in your arms this morning and I've never felt so alive before" from the opening song "Living to Be a Hundred", sets the listener up for an awakening of sorts. It's knowing that you've got to stop living like you're dying and instead, live for the ones you love.
Songs like "With You (I Can Make It)", "Candy Girl" and "When She Looks at Me", were composed as two minute love letters to Brian's wife and daughters. Listen beyond the melodies and you can hear a husband and father reminding "his girls" how truly special they are to him and how he couldn't live without them.
