The Singer/Songwriter Morrison, knew at a early age that he wanted to be a musician. He started playing music at age 5, starting with the piano, then drums, and then onto singing, writing, and playing guitar in his teens. Originally from Chicago he moved to the L.A. area knowing that was where he had to be to start his professional career in the music industry. He had immediate success playing local shows on the Sunset Strip and around Southern California performing at world famous clubs like the House of Blues, The Whiskey a Go Go, The Roxy, The Troubador, and The Coach House, which opened the doors for him to start getting gigs opening for national and international artists such as Slash and Duff McKagan (Guns n Roses), L.A. Guns, Spencer Davis, The Bullet Boys, Tesla, Warrant, Bang Tango, Tommy Tutone, and many more. He was nominated “Best Orange County Artist” by the Los Angeles Music Awards and the Rock City News. He was also named “Best Unsigned Artist” by Music Connection Magazine.
