Zella Day’s debut album ‘Kicker’ is sure to satisfy with it’s dream pop pursuits and cleverly formed phraseology - similar to the likes of Lana Del Rey, she sonically manages mesmerizing melody as well as complete aesthetic dominance. As if created upon the spell-bound Arizona sunsets, Day does not fall short in establishing a certain aura in this art form, and it’s very much appreciated.
