Freya
With almost 10 years going strong, FREYA branches out with the heaviest and most progressive record to date :"Paragon of The Crucible. A companion piece to 2010's "All Hail The End", the heavy and complex sound only goes further with more intense mood-scapes and destructive riffing. A leap forward in every way for frontman Karl Buechner and the boys.\r \r FREYA is no stranger to the masses. In 2003, the band released As The Last Light Drains, an album blending melody and crushing heaviness. They were interviewed on Headbangers Ball and their video to the title track single was in rotation for months. They also released a split recording with label mates The Hoods in 2004. An inspired Peta2 made a video for the anti vivisection anthem from the release entitled "Struggle To Survive" which was featured on their Save 99 DVD compilation, introducing them to over 100,000 fans.
