Quincey " DUBB " White ,(born April 21, 1987 ) known by his stage name DUBB, is an American rapper who was born and raised in the impoverished **** infested and gang influenced section of Los Angeles California know as Athens Park. At a very early age DUBB became fascinated with music as he grew up listening to the likes of 2pac , Eminem, Nas & Jadakiss. DUBB attended Inglewood High-school and it wasn't until around this time that he choose to quit playing basketball and began to seriously pursue a career in rap music after going to the studio with a childhood friend. In 2004, DUBB joined forces with a well known figure from Watts,CA by the name of "Geno Cap" who became a fan of DUBB's undeniable talent and called on the young rapper to be apart of his label "Hoodz Finezt". DUBB’s lyrical skills and versatility awarded him the reputation of being one of the most refreshing new rappers and this was on display when he was featured on Compton rapper the "Game's" Black Wall Street Journal mixtapes in 2006.
